A couple days ago, I ran across an an interesting post on digg, with a cartoon (see ‘Read More’) which discusses how after some banks foreclose on your home, they are unable to sell your home, and you can live there for free. I’m fortunate enough to not be in a situation where I am about to lose my home, but don’t really get how this works - anyone care to explain?
